b) Inquiries by email or phone

When you contact us, we process the data you share with us (for example your name, company, email address, phone number and the content of your message) to answer your inquiry and, where relevant, prepare an offer.
Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention: up to 2 years after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law (for example accounting and tax regulations once a business relationship exists).

c) Website analytics

If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website: which pages are visited, how long visits last, what device and browser are used, the approximate location (country or city level) and how visitors found us. This data does not identify you directly. We do not use it for advertising.
Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Without your consent, analytics cookies are not set.
Retention: in line with the retention period set in Google Analytics, at most 14 months.

d) Technical data and security

When you visit the website, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data needed to deliver the website and keep it secure, such as your IP address, browser type, date and time of the visit and the pages requested. Our forms are protected against spam by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks whether a submission comes from a person and not a bot.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure and working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

e) Cookie consent record

When you make a choice in our cookie banner, your choice and the date of the choice are stored in your own browser (local storage) for 6 months, so that we do not ask you again on every visit. This record is not sent to us or to any third party.
Legal basis: compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

3. Cookies

We use necessary cookies for the website to work and, only with your consent, analytics cookies. You can find the full list of cookies, their purpose and duration in our Cookie Policy. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by clicking "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.
